The Center for Technology Licensing and Patenting (CTLP) was established in August, 2001. CTLP receives invention disclosures from faculty, staff and students of the Chang Gung University (CGU) and manages the intellectual property (IP) assets. CTLP establishes IP agreements with companies to commercialize the innovations. CTLP also establishes material transfer agreements to support research development with companies and academic institutes.
