The school tries its best to use Taiwan’s local procurement projects to reduce carbon emissions in long-distance overseas transportation and support local business development. In the past three academic years, local procurement accounted for more than 99% of the total expenditure, and will continue to maintain this level in the future , and further evaluate the feasibility of expanding the proportion of local procurement and set specific goals.

       In recent years, in addition to continuously promoting environmental protection and energy saving policies, various units are also encouraged to use energy-saving and environmentally-friendly products, such as energy-saving equipment (such as frequency converters, high-efficiency IE3 motors, explosion-proof LED lights, air conditioners, UPS uninterruptible power systems), and environmental protection labels , energy-saving labels, water-saving labels and other products. In recent years, under the encouragement of government policies, we have 760 energy-saving home appliances eligible for tax rebate applications for energy-saving home appliances, and the total subsidy amount applied for is NT$1,484,000. In addition, the school’s green procurement performance has also been affirmed by the outside world. It has been honored as an outstanding unit of green procurement by private enterprises and organizations for four consecutive years, and won the Excellent Green Purchasing Performance Award of Taoyuan City Private Enterprises and Organizations in 107~110 years (2018~2021 AD).
